Speedvan UK offers an office removal service that is tailored to your needs. We have a fleet of vans to accommodate any business, and our experienced team is fully trained to ensure your move goes smoothly from start to finish.

Our staff has plenty of experience with removals in London, and we have completed many moves to date, so our team are accustomed to dealing with the challenges of moving to London. From parking restrictions to narrow flights of stairs and top floor apartments requiring a furniture hoist, we’ve seen it all and can help you move seamlessly.
Service prices
1 Professional / 1 Luton Van:
£67.50 each hour
2 Professionals / 1 Luton Van:
£80 each hour (a minimum charge of 2 hours applies)
3 Professionals / 1 Luton Van:
£100 each hour (a minimum charge of 4 hours applies)
4 Professionals / 1 Luton Van:
£115 each hour (a minimum charge of 5 hours applies)
4 Professionals / 2 Luton Van:
£160 each hour (a minimum charge of 5 hours applies)

How it works:

Call us and tell us a few details about your office move or fill in a quote form online.
We will send an office move coordinator to your office to assess your removals needs. You will receive a fixed price quote for your office move including any packaging materials and boxes required

Confirm that you are happy to proceed and let us know your moving date, we will arrange any parking suspensions required for our vehicles to park at your offices
If you have asked us to pack for you our team will arrive the day before the move with boxes and wrap all of your belongings to ensure safe transit, the boxes will be labelled for easy unpacking

On the day of your move we will arrive first thing in our vehicles and our experts will load the vehicles with all of your office furniture and boxes.
We will drive to your new offices and wait for you to collect the keys.
Once you have taken care of any necessary arrangements our team will unload the vehicles and move everything in to the offices that you request.
Our experienced team will rebuild any large items of furniture that were dismantled for transit such as desks and boardroom tables.

If you have requested an unpacking service, our team will carefully unpack your boxes on to flat surfaces in the rooms of your choice and remove any boxes and packing materials. If you choose to unpack yourself, we will return to collect your empty, dry, flat-packed boxes once you have fully unpacked.
